Interviewers showed no professionalism or preparedness—frequently talking among themselves, glazing over important questions, and offering vague or dismissive answers. Questions about "morals and values" were asked with no context or clarity, and when asked to elaborate, they repeated themselves rather than explain—creating a confusing and uncomfortable dynamic. When the candidate respectfully admitted not seeing the organization's faith statement on the website, they were ignored rather than informed—an especially poor reflection for a faith-based organization. The experience gave the impression that applicants are judged silently and prematurely, rather than supported or respected. If this is how they treat someone during the hiring process, it raises deep concerns about how staff are treated once hired.
