Pros
Unfortunately, this company did not have many pros. As a startup, this company offered a small setting and allowed you to get to know all of your co-workers. Most of those employees (non-management) were great people to work with and had amazing personalities.
Cons
There was an unhealthy practice of micromanagement within this company. Certain managers lacked the experience to manage small teams and failed to effectively communicate expectations to their team and other teams. There were countless roadblocks that developed internally due to a lack of communication. This was closely tied with their very high turnover rate. Additionally, the CEO lacked the ability to motivate his employees and drive his teams to greater potential. The employees that worked for these inexperienced leaders were ultimately the ones who paid the price.
