Extremely toxic and sexist work environment.
The staff consisted entirely of men from overseas, many of whom displayed little to no respect for female employees. Their behavior created an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere for women. I was frequently left without support or proper training and was often expected to take on tasks that were clearly the responsibility of management. Overall, it was an unprofessional and degrading experience.
