It is too serious a posting to sweep under any carpet without looking into. You are right, and actually no apologies for the fact that the IT team needs to change and evolve to keep up with the changes and evolution of the business. However, you’re feeling that it is about faces fitting, rather than about positive changes for changing business needs is the part that clearly needs some follow up.
