      People at BK were overall quite nice. It's easy to make relationships in the team. Often there was support in the team when needed

      Most positions tend to offer quite a low reimbursement and often there was lack of guidance for new starters

      Colleagues are very supportive, firm is very structured with more or less clear career progression, even for juniors Offer flexible work options, hybrid. Usually no expectations to work overtime which is not a given in this industry.

      Could have better benefits like a better pension scheme or more annual leave.
