Starting with the manager, who loves micromanaging everyone. He will suddenly walk by, notice the carpet needs vaccuming, and order you to do it. Same thing with a glass that might not be properly clean. No matter if you're busy with your actual duties, he will not rest until you do it. If you don't get up to do it immediately, he will keep reminding you every few seconds. He also tends to pay men more than women, from what I have seen and heard.
The team: usually fine, but you need to be careful whom you talk to. The manager pays certain people morre than others and, in return, they feed him information, and tell him if anyone is bad mouthing him.
Often, they won't have enough carers, and people doing other jobs (such as cleaning) will have to help with caring.
