Pros
There are some really good people that work here, it's a shame most of them are unhappy. If you are in sales and perform well and if your face fits, you are treated like a rock star.
Cons
Strict regulated breaks for certain departments, while other departments get away with blue murder out of the watchful eye of big brother. No trust in employees, everything is micromanaged. No remote working (for a communications company is laughable, even through a pandemic). Blame game culture, if you are in the close circle of management you are considered an asset, if you leave the business then everything gets blamed on you whether it was anything to do with you or not. Lack of trust from management. Quite a few of the senior managers in the business are extremely rude and treat people like dirt. There are some that are very narcissistic which is very frustrating when trying to voice an issue or concern. The more you give to the business, the more they will take from you for no reward for hard work and flexibility. Good people were made redundant due to the pandemic and "cost cutting" to "save the business from going under" and yet £1m was invested into another part of the business and all the staff that were paid off have since been replaced. Seemed to be the way to get rid of staff who's face's didn't fit.
