The environment is professional, well-established, collegiate and highly supportive. This is not a sharky, cut throat environment. It is family orientated, mature, professional and very respectful. In a sales environment, they have an excellent balance between being competitive and commercial, while at the same time ensuring ethical, virtuous business practice. As a company, they place high value in building long-term trusted relationships with both clients and candidates. It is a meritocracy and you will be rewarded and recognized for your efforts and input.
Cons
There could be more communication between teams. Collaboration and cross-sell between teams is consistently good, but could be improved. There could be better communication between management teams and the rest of the company. The firm’s CEO is open, honest and transparent; has a strong “open-door” policy, which is appreciated by the staff! Keep this up!
