The employees are ready to provide a stock bonus along with a good pay grade.
Cons
Work-life balance is not great. There are times when I have to spend at least 12 to 14 hrs a day. Well, I am not saying this is going to be like a year-long thing every other day, but there used to be a certain time where, probably like one month, you literally don't find time for yourself. The number of cases you get triggered from the onshore team is high.
