- Not an agile company, work in silos - Quite an unprofessional company (UK consumer), people drop casual F bombs in meetings - No real opportunity to develop, VPs do all strategic planning and then AVPs only do execution so just dogs bodies - Diversity is pretty non existent at the SLT other than a few Asian men - SLT need to see everything that’s being proposed before it even gets to brief and production stage and often change their minds and want to input into EVERYTHING
