Pros
Some good and talented people, who are usually marginalised, under-rewarded, and exploited
Cons
Constant churn of senior management who are brought in from outside and who are frankly incompetant. Back stabbing is rife, there is no strategy, people take credit for things others work hard on, decisions are made that would make a mad man scratch his head. There is no future for IT staff based in the UK - its ALL being moved to India. Current management have sacked hundreds in support roles, the number of live incidents goes up, but apparently the two arent linked ! I am off...
