Pros

1. There bonus is not included in the CTC like in other companies, so u actually get more than what your salary is. 2. They like meetings and talking a lot, it will suit you if you are not a coder but an aunty of kitty parties. 3. You get free tea and coffee of machine. That's it. 4. You get one laptop for entire team for support, which is too slow and annoying and you keep figuring out how to connect VPN.

Cons

1. Incompetent colleagues. 2. No good manager to look forward to. 3. They talk in the air most of the time, zero in implemention. 4. For interesting thing they say, we are a bank we are not a software company. 5. The non technical scrum masters which they have in every team, keep a record whether you come on time or not, whether you updated the task you did yesterday. 6. very slow, old and cheap Windows desktops. 7. Heads at pune india has a cheap mentality of cost cutting. They cut costs to an extent when it does not even sound professional anymore. 8. Basically once you go there, you are destroyed caus you cannot take your laptops and you can't install even a single software on their desktops. 9. For even the smallest of things, you need to raise a request. 10. Office culture is very bad, you can sit and code quietly for straight 10mins, everything is too open. 11. Growth is very slow. This is an organisation for girls or incompetent guys who like talking a lot, and who like discussing random things and in whom even the left 10% of actual coder has died. I would pay you salary till you don't find a decent job, but pls don't join this.

Cons

Pay is the lowest compared to similar company with the same role. Upper management speaks to staff with a patronizing tone; cutting them off, and talking down to them. At times it felt like they purposefully were attempting to find things wrong instead of working together as a team to meet objectives. Understaffed. Fully expected to do the work of a team of 6 despite being a team of 2 for example.
