      Brand will shine on your CV Difficult to get promoted, be sure to negotiate salary when hired (if this matters the most to you) Good tools and a lot of money is invested in IT, Super good office, Community spirit, free coffee

      You destiny depends on where you get hired. Every group is totally different. Meritocracy does not exist, you need to have super relationship with manager an above A lot of people want to gain visibility rather than working for the good of the company

      Can’t think of 1. Not even 1.

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest compared to similar company with the same role. Upper management speaks to staff with a patronizing tone; cutting them off, and talking down to them. At times it felt like they purposefully were attempting to find things wrong instead of working together as a team to meet objectives. Understaffed. Fully expected to do the work of a team of 6 despite being a team of 2 for example.
