Pros
1. Work life balance is more possible to manage than in IB. 2. Industry salaries but on a higher than industry level. 3. Not a competitive environement between colleagues and relatively good job safety.
Cons
1. Very process driven and buraucratic organisation. 2. Career progression is not structured. 3. Very stong UK culture - if you are a foreigner that might considerably slow down your possibility to grow and be promoted. 4. Limited career opportunties
