Usual benefits of working for a large investment bank and good recognition within marketplace. Good opportunities to travel to various locations and also possibilities to relocate if you cant negotiate it with your manager. Good opportuinities for career progression if you work hard in the right areas
Cons
stress is quite considerable in some roles. Managers can be quite demanding as in any similar type of organisation.
