6yGreat to read that you work with colleagues who you can relate to and work as a team. With regards to career progression, I would really encourage you to look at opportunities on the internal jobs board. I can't see where in England you are however our network of branches and offices covers most of the country and I am sure there will be roles that would develop you that are commutable for you.
