Some good people to work with as with any job. Made some great friends and the work was interesting at first.
Cons
A LOT of people I would never want to see ever again. Environment is exactly like secondary school, very childish. And the childish behaviour and favouritism from all managers is encouraged by senior Management. Lack of any support and total disregard for any constructive feedback given. No opportunities for progression even though this was stated during interview. Maximum one promotion opportunity per year in a department of 150 meant that people with the right friends would always be considered over the employees who did more work. It is a classic office environment in that way.
