Good FO salary package and growth perspective if you deliver. Challenging environment where you can learn a lot from seniors/training sessions.
Cons
HR is not their core asset and organizational changes are slow. Workload can be high and your commitment may not always be recognised. Working away from the headquarter doesnt help.
