- helpful colleagues - above the average salary - once in a year bonus - remote work
Cons
- too much administration work - slow processes (e.g. to install something arbitrary like Notepad++ on your laptop, you have to ask for an approval from your boss). But, to be honest, since we are talking here about a top tier investment bank, it is understandable that it is heavily regulated.
