      - Easy work, lots of free time, lots of networking opportunities and events. - Flexible working (depending on manager) - Fantastic for starting out in your career

      Cons

      - About 10 years behind in technology - Management are fairly incompetent - manager could be working in a different region and hardly talk to you, has no idea what you do, and doesn't care - Lack of progression and learning opportunities - HR are fairly useless

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
