Pros

They “pretend” to have a great company culture. They “say” all the right things, but it does not translate down. Previous years this company won best places to work, it most definitely did not win that award this year.

Cons

This company does not listen to its employees. They recently got a major influx of money invested, but the raises were minuscule. They do not do what’s in the best interest of the client or the company, resulting in clients bailing and then resulting in a large amount of layoffs for such a small company. It is very poorly managed. They dump money into the c-suite, but refuse to invest in employees. They make terrible decisions for the business, that directly impacts the clients, which is why clients are leaving in droves. Mismanagement of employees, poor communication, and lack of transparency -which is one part of the mission statement-transparency, but there is none. We have seen mass exodus of mid level management (Director and below-as well as some executives) and employees even prior to the layoffs. If you come to work here, just know what you’re getting into. I would only come here as a last resort, as many of the people who remain are looking for opportunities outside of this poorly run company. I don’t see it being successful business for too much longer.

Pros

Remote work, Flexible with time off requests, good starting place to learn the industry

Cons

Leadership turnover caused confusion and lack of direction, Promised improvements to workload and processes were not delivered, Expectations were unrealistic given staffing levels, Lack of adequate support despite repeated requests for help, Feedback culture became punitive rather than constructive, Disconnect between upper management and those doing the actual work, Decisions made based on client appeasement rather than employee capacity, Company values no longer aligned with actual operations, Post-FMLA return was not handled in good faith
