      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Annual bonuses are frequently reduced due to company performance regardless of individual performance. Annual raises are usually 2% and promotions don't give big salary jumps. Pace of work is slowing down as the company grows, and the growth is not going smoothly. Baxter corporate seems to be holding back the Bardy office.

      Managment wants more than anything for you to succeed, and they will do what they can to assist with In-House Promotion if you show initiative.

      Pros

      Some of the coworkers are nice. The clinical side managers are nice.

      Cons

      The pay for all positions is low. They also over work thier employees and do not care for thier employees health if your working on the customer experience side. Favoritism is high on the customer experience side. Do not work here if you value your own mental health.
