      Barilla has a good work environment, the values of the company are present in every task. The company invests a lot in diversity and inclusion, gender equality and sustainability. Presence of women in leader positions.

      Cons

      I find it difficult to evolve as there are no many positions vacant to explore and grow professionally. The salaries tend to be low.

      Great flexibility and work life balance. Great people and business.

      Cons

      Not much room for career advancement. A lot of decisions are made by the headquarters in Italy and don't always make sense for the US.

      Free pasta, knowledgeable coworkers who go above and beyond to help train new people.

      Cons

      Supervisors who don't manage their employees appropriately or fairly. In order to keep your job best to keep your head down. Don't ever give anyone any reason to single you out or your days are numbered even if your a skilled competent technician. There is Noone who will save you from being discarded.
