They have poor consistency on salaries across levels, so you can aggressively negotiate your salary if you are a desired candidate.
Cons
Leadership is a true nightmare. The decisions made are inane and truly bad business. Small closed circle of white men who are taken seriously and get promotions. So even if you have results and data to share if you try to speak up to affect change, you are the problem. This is why they haven’t been profitable in years. Check their stock and EPS performance if you are taking a role here seriously. They hire very few people of color, and layoffs affect women and POC disproportionately. Unless you want a yes man job, run the other way.
