      Rewarding with the consistency of customers & dogs, building that relationship between them.

      Cons

      Management who only cares about how many customers are in rather than safety & cleanliness. Workers who vape & use substances on the job & in front of animals.

      Nothing really to complain about. If there is a problem management is responsive to take care of it.

      Pros

      Working with dogs. Can bring personal dogs to work. Entry level job.

      Cons

      Over work, there should be more employees on each shift. Filthy building, rust, mold, falling apart, little to no repair or care for the areas cleanliness. Freezing in winter (in the 20s indoors!) Over heathe in the summer. Not suitable for dogs or employees. Management doesn't care because their office is heated and cooled. No safety procedures. No fire escape plane at all. Belittled by management. Not worth the terrible pay.
