Pros
pay is pretty decent and good benefits... Office manager/ Supervisor very supportive of assistant managers and patient with new comers, manangement supports on site staff and vice versa... willing to hire outside, good opportunities for trainings (only when your time at the company is earned) gained alot of hands on experience in very little time
Cons
upper management is childish and lack of professionalism, favoritism is blatanly obvious and doesn't discipline as necessary, people aren't straight forward and would rather throw you under the bus instead of addressing, very clique-y and some employees are too flirtatious... Board members have too much involvement in the way management handles things... HR is unsupportive if you go in with complaints
