Pros

I have had the pleasure of working with this team for the last 18 months. Great culture. Tons of opportunity to learn and grow. I watched several promotions to managing partner. Pretty cool to see. Unfortunately I had to relocate for family across the country. Cole, You are an awesome guy! Wish you all the best!

Cons

None, Work hard and the reward favors the bold.

Reviewer, You're right; while our company atmosphere is very positive and people-focused, it's also competitive, and that's not always a good fit for some. We push our people to develop into the best versions of themselves and are thrilled you believe growth is a high focus because it is! We appreciate this excellent feedback. Thanks!! Best, Management

Pros

Company culture is great, everyone is very friendly and you can tell they're enthusiastic about the work they do.

Cons

I worked here for several weeks before I got seriously burnt out. Position title is posted as 'Account Manager for Marketing Firm', but truly this is a door-to-door salesperson role selling for AT&T. Your pay is 500/week for 60 hour work weeks including Saturdays, where you use your own gas and are assigned to knock at non-solicit neighborhoods where only a handful of people will answer the door. On top of this you are REQUIRED to attend weekly team outings, so this is actually greater than a 60 hour workweek. No benefits, no insurance, and your pay relies on commissions you make. Also your managers will text/call you anytime, and expect you to answer at 9PM on a Sunday night. If you are a recent college grad feeling on-the-fence then don't waste your time and please pursue other opportunities.

Reviewer, We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you found our culture and team energy to be positive; those are values we work hard to maintain. That said, we want to clarify a few important points. First, we do not require anyone to knock in neighborhoods marked “No Soliciting,” and we take compliance with local guidelines and community standards seriously. Second, the compensation described is inaccurate. Our pay structure is discussed transparently during the interview process, and we do not misrepresent the nature of the role or its responsibilities. We understand that the demands of a fast-paced, sales-focused environment aren’t for everyone. While we’re confident in the development and growth opportunities we offer, we respect that individuals may seek different types of career paths. We appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you the best in your future endeavors. Best, Management
