Too much top heavy decisions being made but love my coworkers - Accountant Barnes Employee Review

Lower pay was made up by bonus but now bonus metric is unachievable. Corporate sets unrealistic goals and is out of touch with the people that actually make the company run. Everyone at division level is great to work with (we all have quirks). HR has their hands tied. No sales force to strengthen market share.
