Overall good - Lawn Maintenance Barnes Inc. Employee Review

This job got me up early in the mornings and I would be alone most of the day doing independent work which helped me learn time management and perseverance.

I can not say there were any cons to this job. It was very hard work and long hours but I personally feel that this job made me a hard worker and independent.

Best reasons for Barnes, is that the employees are very friendly. And will take you under their wing and train you as long as you will listen and learn. They also have very good insurance. As long as you stay with the company it will get better.

It is a very physical job. It is a very repetitive. If you have a good memory and know the Madison area it will help you a lot. Or you can read maps very well! Winter times are very demanding and you will be called out at all hours and maybe you will have to work crazy hours and long periods of time ..
