Cannot authorise any payment without approval from the chairman meaning standing outside his office all evening trying to catch him. Chairman wants to do absolutely everything himself and doesn't know how to delegate from a finance viewpoint to the detriment of all his businesses

Very friendly, warm, and welcoming staff members. They all corporate in a well synced manor to help discuss anything and everthing.
