Pros
They do a lot of flashy benefits. You get health benefits, paid vacation, winter pay. You have the opportunity to work together and create a network with somewhat decent employees despite the toxic racists that strive to break your mentality on a daily basis.
Cons
The vacation time is a joke. They discourage you and berate you for attempting to use it during the work year, especially during the holiday season. No matter your seniority, you can easily be replaced by a person with no credentials based on nepotism over your experience and education- it WILL happen if you are a person of color. This company is based on the good ole boy system, and violates labor laws on a daily basis. The leadership thrives on negative reenforcement instead of positive encouragement. Know your worth and find another competitor that values your education and experience and that will actually pay you a decent wage and not confine you to modern day slavery!
