Barracuda is a GREAT place to jump-start your career. They tend to look for the true potential in people instead of simply how good they look on paper. From there, it's up to you. Hard work does not go unnoticed. Those who put in the effort and the hours, are the ones who typically tend to succeed at Barracuda. I would say for most who have given a negative review here, this was not their M.O. Barracuda has an invested interest in seeing you succeed and encourages you to achieve your goals within the company. Even if it is in a different department. The office culture can not be duplicated. You can walk up to anyone in the office, and they are more than happy to help you in every single way that they can. Including the executives. Having the ability to walk up to your CEO or VP and have them know you by name and answer your questions is remarkable. Overall, work hard, play hard and you will fit in just fine.
Cons
Because there are several Barracuda solutions and some perform very technical functions, it can be very overwhelming trying to learn it all and stay current on new features.
