Pros
Good colleagues and managers. Products are good, but are somewhat buggy. A good learning experience.
Cons
Work pressure is too high. Tier 1 techs in India are expected to handle escalations from US techs. Attrition rate in support team is quite high. Compensation is low compared to the amount of work expected to handle. Its no secret that the Indian techs are paid the cheapest in all of Barracuda. Shift allowances are low and needs to be improved. Poor infrastructure in India office. Team outing is just one per year. No breakfast/lunch/dinner
