Pros
The atmosphere is great. It's a very high energy, fast paced place to work. While I was there, meals were catered a few times a week, there was a bar on the first floor and a pretty relaxed work environment.
Cons
While Barracuda is a great first job in tech, most new hires are fresh to any type of sales job, this results in micro-management.
