Pros

Has some very good individuals, good work culture, and your co-workers will help you improve tremendously.

Cons

NO movement, if you're hired into support you're forced to wait 4-5 years with a 10% chance of being able to move into a higher position. Upper-management has made it abundantly clear that they don't want anyone to leave support, as such they've worked hard to ensure No one leaves unless they find another job, and come back to another position later. Another issue: No room for higher learning, once you've learned what your job entails the job offers no alternative to help improve your understanding of code, or ability to work with Devs/engineers, they only seek to take those who "Work even at home." which means alot of the talent is very hit or miss.
