Pros
I really love the people and the environment. We all work pretty hard but as the cliche goes we all party hard also. The free meals and sodas and beer are also pretty nice perks.
Cons
I think the only thing I really don't like is the parking situation. I hope they figure out how to fix it before they hire more people.
