Pros
Barracuda has the best team I've ever worked in! Really smart people work here to develop excellent products. Work in the R&D dept. covers a wide area of technologies, which gives the opportunity to work on some interesting stuff. Hard work will be honored. Offers interesting development opportunities . The culture is pretty laidback. Flex hours are a definite benefit. Company offers some nice benefits, e.g. sponsored lunch, free fruits, yogurt and coffee, free membership to to nearby gym, etc.
Cons
Company produces too many products and has lost focus. Sometimes lack of prioritization. The code base is quite large and things tend to move more slowly.
