Pros
- Working with local patrons and seeing their physical progress brings meaning to the position - Mid-Level employees, Physical Therapists & PTAs, are wonderful to work with - The Stuarts Draft clinic is wonderful all around and has a very welcoming energy
Cons
- Upper management, located in Fishersville, is impatient and has unrealistic expectations of employees - Office staff is over-worked & underpaid in comparison to the providers, the salary difference is expected but the respect levels can follow the same template
