If you didn’t work for Thomas cook you are practically pointless to the company . Every stage of management is from Thomas cook and favour all the ex Thomas cook staff even if you have experience in other travel agencies . Pay is shocking , they want to pay minimum wage and want the staff to bend over backwards for the company . Not flexible at all . Managers play favourites in the shop and give staff set rota including not weekend working even when it’s not in people contracts . No higher management support at all. No progression at all in the company. They claim they have the best incentive scheme on the market but they tax you on your incentives , and give them out very sparsely . I would avoid this company to work for at all costs .
