Pros
Genuine care about each individual - senior leadership does everything in-line with some of the famous words from Bob Chapman and Simon Sinek. Real opportunity for professional and personal growth. Lean is a key mantra, but not completely/thoroughly implemented yet.
Cons
As with most businesses, the focus can often be on the fiscal quarter/year rather than true Lean. Only an issue for the Lean purist! Lack of structure limits long-term career development planning.
