Great culture - Account Handler Bartlett Group Employee Review

I've enjoyed my time with Bartlett. You're not just a number you're surrounded by genuine people who care and work hard to achieve a common goal.

None I can think of at the moment.

While working for the Bartlett Group you will feel looked after, they provide ample opportunity for progression if thats what you desire. They truly put their clients at the heart of what they strive to do. The office is a fantastic workspace and most of the people who work there are nice and approachable. A good work/life balance with hybrid working options.

The pay is lower than other employers offering similar roles. While the office is modern, the company isn't, they could do with entering the 21st century. Not the most inclusive working environment. The recruitment video purposely selected the two non white employees to appear and provide interviews, while I'm sure they're fantastic at what they do, its massively disproportionate and they were clearly used to show diversity, when the company typically only hires white men and women.
