-Location -Company sells good product, experienced growth, stability -Small company, tight communication
Cons
-Management does not appreciate truly the results and diligence of sales reps and operations team -Little incentive and reward for entire office and sales operations team to push sales orders -Top heavy management -Opportunities for growth are limited. -Extremely tight financially, incredible disparity in income among employees -Disinterested in maintaining quality, customer relationships, -Solely interested in increasing sales/"numbers" regardless of increasing poor customer relationships.
