      Support, the team and management is good, innovative and listens to suggestions and ideas

      Cons

      Excessive overtime is a non negotiable. Standard minimum 50hour+ weeks depsite the contract only being for 38. Minimum wage base rate and everything on top is commission.

      Absolutely none stay clear the place is utterly horrible to work at. Low income, toxic workplace culture.Double standards. I mean unless you like any of the above, you won’t find a pro working here.

      How many words am I allowed?! The whole thing! The favouritism, the way it acts as a cult?! The owner Mark Beitz?! The double standards. Absolutely dreadful. Worst dealership I have ever worked at.
