Pros
There were some good employees who genuinely cared and worked hard.
Cons
The biggest issue was the leadership culture. It often felt like loyalty only mattered when it benefited the company, but employees were not given that same loyalty in return. Problems were handled emotionally instead of professionally, and there seemed to be a pattern of blaming people instead of fixing issues.
The tone from leadership very disrespectful, many times employees were reprimanded in front of peers in meetings. Most employees did not always feel safe speaking up. Management seemed defensive when concerns were raised, and there was a lack of professionalism around employee exits.
