Not any... you should not join the company 1. unless you don't have credible skills or degree and just want to do something for a living 2. You are in dire need of a job and you are not getting job anywhere else. Do not think of leaving some other company and join this company My suggestion will be to "Not join the company unless it is really emergency situation for you"
Cons
Lots many, not a system driven company, just people driven company..people here are very mean..they will dream big...show you very big big dream but on the ground will be struggling to even pay money to a vendor... will always tell stories about getting fund from bank in order to pay to vendor...the company even struggle to pay salary to his employees on time. Just works on hire and fire principle. No clear responsibility. You will not know what are you going to do tomorrow...your job will be just just try to handle firefighting..no plan just adhoc decisions..and one day will be told some other stories and will be told to leave the company.
