Pros
Having no more than 10 clients in your room at a time was really nice. You were able to focus on their needs better. The team members I worked closely with were top notch. Blake and his dad always made a point of making each one of the team members feel seen and heard in some ways.
Cons
It was hard to reach upper management when there was difficulty with understanding policy, additional help that was needed or clarification on roles/rules. I think that towards the end of employment there was a shift towards growth in multiple locations and it possibly caused some disconnect between the staff on the ground and what upper management, like maybe board members, not entirely sure, were able to understand that the staff were faced with daily at the locations. It's a great program. I got to see that daily. It absolutely does work. I think there are just little things that need to be shored up.
