Good woorking atmosphere, flexible working schedule

Low salary and no personal working space.

The company has adopted the inclusive TEAL model for its organization. It is home to some very good people (technically and humanly). The general atmosphere is one of openness among employees, with exceptions naturally.

Salaries are way lower than market levels, sales force is seriously lacking, to the point that gross mistakes are made when evaluating technical effort as contracts are negotiated. The company's top management is not as open as it says it is. Opening up really means that, at every level.
