Pros
Honestly the company seems to care about their employees. Great benefits. Company outings. You become close with your group of guys. The top management like CEO, president, vice president. Seem like great people.
Cons
The manager seems like a good guy, buy his people skills and ways of communicating are horrible. Just don’t make any mistakes. Like any. Don’t ask questions, because you’ll seem incompetent. Figure out what they want, without them telling you. I was basically fired because I didn’t get reports turned in by a deadline that I didn’t even know existed. Seriously my only issue. Without any chance for improvement. No write up. Nothing. I felt like the whole situation could’ve been handled better and a chance for correction. Be aware sales are hands on and pretty much run your schedule. Customer first type deal! (Always) You can’t please everyone.
