Pros
HR try very hard. Some good eggs championing diversity and inclusion. Challenging problems and for the most part, smart and motivated colleagues. Does attract excellent people.
Cons
Feels disconnected Direction isn't clear, feels like a lot of wasted work Leadership isn't transparent Often feels political and unprofessional degree of behind the scenes gossip, probably down to the immaturity of leadership. Issues often aren't dealt with directly.
