Pros
Basis Technologies provides one of the best, if not THE best work environments I have experienced. BTI is big, yet small at the same time. Basis Technologies is “big” in that we work with several of the top businesses in the world. “Small” in that the executives know your name and will speak to you as a person. Management fosters an environment of open collaboration between all departments.
They do great work here. Work that impacts lives either by making your work life better or facilitating the delivery of nearly every product or service you might use.
If you are looking for a new opportunity, and Basis Technologies has an opening to match your skills, I cannot recommend the company enough.
The pay is decent. The benefits are strong with 3 weeks of PTO to start (in the US at least). They offer 3 different insurance packages that are affordable! They offer £1000 ($1343.95 at the time of writing) each year for Learning and Development. There are opportunities to advance your knowledge and your career.
From the initial screening interview, you will be treated with consideration and respect. The financial incentive/benefit packaged are important. The people make the job enjoyable. Basis Technologies cares about its people.
